The focal point of this session is the investigating of specific standards across grade levels to determine the specific learning expectations for students. As educators, we work from standards to plan instruction. It is necessary to analyze the level of the skills addressed in the standards and whether or not the rigor is increasing from year to year. This awareness is vital to ensuring continued student improvement.
